🌟 Hayley 🌟

Hi, I’m Hayley, and I’ve been part of the Thistle Care family for just over a year. I’m the Senior Supervisor, and I support our Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of our branches.

My role is incredibly varied, from supporting our service users and their families to providing daily guidance, training, and support to our amazing care team. I also deliver Level 2 Medication training and work closely with our fantastic team of supervisors to ensure they have the support they need to thrive.

A big part of my role is making sure our care plans and compliance are always up to date, helping us deliver the highest standard of care to every person we support.

A little about me… Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum to my wonderful 11-year-old son. Family means everything to me, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance is really important so I can enjoy quality time with them.

I’m proud to be part of such a caring and supportive team, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive difference every day. 💙
