Reflexology shouldn't be painful. Some reflexes may be tender but you should leave a treatment feeling relaxed. You may experience a dip in energy or a temporary worsening of symptoms as the body rebalances but this is completely normal.

Reflexology doesn't just have to be for the feet. It can also be performed on the hands. Some reflexologists even do face or auricular (ear) reflexology.
