Only 2ml?!?! Less can absolutely be more. ✨

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that results like this must mean “lots of filler”. In reality, some of the most beautiful and natural outcomes often come from small, carefully considered amounts placed precisely where they are needed.

This lovely patient had just 2ml total:
▫️ 0.5ml in each cheek
▫️ 1ml in the chin

That’s it.

The difference isn’t about dramatically changing her face — it’s about restoring balance, support and harmony to her natural features. Subtle structural enhancement in the right areas can create a surprisingly impactful overall result without looking heavy, overfilled or unnatural.

This result is a perfect example of how less is more—when it’s done strategically.

For this lovely patient, we took a multi-layered approach to facial rejuvenation using:
• Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
• Collagen-stimulating treatment (Sculptra)
• Anti-wrinkle injections

Why combine treatments?
As we age, facial changes don’t happen in just one layer. We see:

You can see immediate post-treatment results here, including a small pinpoint bleed and mild redness (completely normal and short-lived).

Subtle structure. Natural refresh.

This patient presented with concerns of a visible orbital rim (the outer part of the eye, at the top of the cheek) which she felt created a more hollowed, “skeletal” appearance around the eyes.

Using a carefully selected, specialist filler, we treated the lateral orbital area to restore gentle support and soften the transition between the eye and cheek. Not only can yoy see the immediate improvement in contour and light reflection, creating a fresher, more rested appearance—while still looking completely natural - but she also looks more 'awake'.

An added (but not guaranteed) benefit in this case was a slight improvement in the outer upper eyelid, due to subtle support at the edge of the orbit.

These treatments require:
• Advanced anatomical knowledge
• Careful product selection
• Precise placement

This is not a treatment for inexperienced practitioners and should only be carried out in a medical setting by a highly trained medical professional. Filler around the eyes can - and have, around the world, caused instant and irreversible blindness. (In the right hands it is an incredibly safe treatment!)

This patient came to us for lip filler, having had treatment elsewhere a few years ago. She brought in an inspiration photo from another one of our patients she had seen on our page — and while we never promise to replicate someone else’s lips, we do promise to work with your unique anatomy to create the most flattering result for you.

In this case, our focus was on rebalancing and centralising the lips, enhancing the cupid’s bow and creating a soft, natural “love heart” shape 💋

We carefully assessed her natural structure, proportions, and movement before treating — because no two lips are the same, and not every look is achievable (or appropriate) for every face. True aesthetic results come from respecting individuality, not copying trends.
