It's so easy to overlook simple devotion as spiritual protection. It's not fancy or complicated, it's showing up consistently to say "I am here!" to the goddess and the spirits of the land.
Just like daily physical care might be brushing your teeth and eating fruit and vegetables, a daily spiritual devotion is a way of caring for your energy in the same way.
Daily devotions for me include...
praying the rosary
lighting a candle to the Holy Mother
lighting a candle to the dead and calling them by name
smoke cleansing the living room
refreshing flowers on the outside and inside altars as and when
greeting significant plants/trees when I pass them outside
Spiritual protection doesn't mean nothing bad ever happens, it means if it does you've got a thousand hands reaching out to help protect you and course correct. You have to imagine yourself as a child of the universe, a toddler constantly reminding everybody you are there, and to pay attention to you! Then when you fall there are many helpers waiting ❤️
