It was such a lovely beach class on Tuesday evening teaching a mother & daughter!

Louise has been coming to my class since September last year, it was so lovely to have her bring her daughter along!

Both ladies enjoyed and left me some lovely feedback 🧘‍♀️❤️

Thanks to the ladies who joined me for beach yoga at Aberporth last night - same time next week! The next Beach yoga will be next week on Monday morning at 6.30am, come and join me at this beautiful time of day before the world awakens and the noise starts. Peace & tranquility.

Abercych hall tonight 18.30 is on but keep eyes peeled for updates on Wednesday evening class.
