Join Ruth in this 2 hours workshop introducing you to mindfulness and Yin Yoga. In her acupuncture clinic Ruth receives lots of enquiries about techniques to help people manage life’s stresses. Mindfulness and Yin yoga are two key self-care tools to help navigate through more challenging times.

Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time - targeting the less elastic areas of the body, like ligaments, joints and bones.

Yin yoga pairs beautifully with mindfulness. This workshop is an introduction to both Yin Yoga and mindfulness.
