Hey everyone, ok bit of a long one…
I’m a one man band and if I’m working then I can’t answer messages because I’m with a client.
Some days I work 9-9 so this doesn’t leave me much spare time to reply to messages. Hopefully this explains some of my delays in replying.
To help speed things up please be blunt and dictate exactly what you’re after; treatment, date and time.
It’s holiday season so I’m busy! I’m also having some time off after a long 9 months of solid working so keep this in mind to keep on top of any regular appointments you may have eg infills, waxing etc
The salon will be closed 30th June - 15th July.
I take a £20 booking fee for appointments. This must be paid to book the time out.
It covers me for no shows and cancellations. I will NOT hold appointments until you can make payment due to being messed around so much. Please don’t ask, please don’t expect.
Payment must be made before leaving the salon. I really don’t have time to be chasing for payments and I find it embarrassing. You wouldn’t pay the supermarket later when they chased you on their day off so please don’t make me do it.
Lastly time keeping. I really get it but I’m having to get super strict about it. I run by appointment only. Please do NOT turn up early, you could be interrupting someone else’s treatment and please do NOT turn up late as you only get an allotted time for your treatment not your treatment plus extra for traffic, phones, work etc
At 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited and the booking fee used to cover my overheads and lost time.
That’s 15 minutes!… NOT 16, 17 or 25 🤦♀️
