What a dayyyyyy yesterday was!
Still buzzing from the feeling of being surrounded by incredible women, studio owners, instructors and just lovely souls, all with a shared passion for movement and sharing that with others.
I've been hoping to go fully comprehensive (training on all the equipment) for a while now and was pretty sure classical was the route I wanted to go down, and learning from at .reformer.room has solidified that for me.
Can't exactly say the class was *enjoyable* (I did fear it may be the end of me at several points) and my body is feeeeeling it today but my god to get to move with such precision, constant corrections and getting deeper in to every shape was a buzz I've only ever got from contemporary and ballet, so finding it within Pilates has really filled the gap dance left.
Can't wait for the next one (but maybe give me a month to recover) 🥹
