From Monday 14th September, my Monday yoga classes at Houghton Village Hall will be moving to new times:

✨ 5.30pm Active Flow
✨ 6.30pm Gentle Flow

To one of the most hardworking couples I know — after so much planning and hard work, the day has finally arrived! ❤️

No matter how much crap life throws at you, it never sticks. You always come back with a bigger smile and even more positivity. That’s something I really admire about you both.

Thank you for introducing me to so many wonderful, like-minded people through the communities you’ve built over the years. You’re leaving behind a community and a real legacy. ❤️

Wishing you both the most amazing new chapter in Spain. I hope it won’t be long before we’re sharing a cocktail back here in the Sky Bar! 🍹☀️

No class Bank Holiday and the 7th

Just a little reminder about the next few weeks 🧘‍♀️✨

Tomorrow: Yoga is at 5.15pm and 6.15pm for the last week at these times.

No class on Bank Holiday Monday and No class on the 7th September.

We’ll then be back on Monday 14th September with our new class times! 💛
