We are so excited for our upcoming Sports day! Think a good old game of rounders followed by sack races, egg and spoon races and fun times. Bookings are open on your clublink APP or by speaking to a member of staff.
Friends and family are welcome- your friends just need to sign a safety waiver at the club and be 18+.

WOW what a day we had today! Keswick for our BIG TRIP 2026- kindly funded by the National Lottery community fund*
We tried indoor climbing and two fun filled escape rooms with and enjoyed a relaxing, accessible walk to Friars crag and the "beach" with 49 members. Thanks so much for joining us everyone.
We'll post some more memories from our BIG TRIP in the next few days.

We have a few last minute places on our BIG TRIP tomorrow to Keswick- you can climb, join a fun escape room or walk with us. Please get in touch ASAP if you would like to join. As a reminder the main centre in Carlisle will be closed for the BIG TRIP day out.
Coach departs at 8:30am and will arrive back at iCan at 2:00pm

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the iCan Team.

Do you have a few hours free every couple of weeks?

We are looking for a new volunteer to support us in the running of our Chair Based Exercise group on a Monday.

This would be a bi - weekly role from 10am - 12pm.

Did you know that we are a partner of the Work Well North Cumbria programme? The programme supports people to return to work after a period of being off sick for physical or mental health reasons. You get a designated work coach and referred to a variety of services that can help such as us here at iCan.
