ng room. The centre is conveniently located in the heart of Carlisle city at 34 Lowther Street, CA3 8DH. It is just a stone's throw from Carlisle bus station, a few minutes’ walk from Carlisle train station and near main car parking sites. Since 2012 Ruth has steadily built a team of experienced, professional and dedicated natural health care practitioners offering a broad range of complementary and alternative therapies. Some live locally, many travel to Carlisle Therapies to hold their weekly or monthly classes and/or workshops. All are self-employed and dedicated to promoting natural healthy-living choices, wellbeing and mind-body balance. People come to Carlisle Therapies for many reasons:
• to unwind and relax – enjoy a massage, practice Mindfulness
• for nutritional advice – to aid weight loss, hormonal balance
• to relieve muscular aches & pains – acupuncture, massage
• with a sports injury – aid recovery & improve performance with acupuncture &/or deep tissue massage

Our first floor Meeting Room/Studio hosts our busy timetable of popular weekly yoga classes and weekend workshops which focus on self-development and wellbeing.
