Cancer Research UK Race for Life is coming to Cumberland Council
📍 Bitts Park
📆 Sunday 5th July
Lots of different events planned.. 👍🏼

Slimming World have sponsored the event for several years now and I will be taking part in the 5k race..

The 5k has been fun, I’ve completed it 3 times and decided to go home relatively clean this year 😁

After a wobble of my head in October last year I decided to take hold of myself and get back into TARGET! 🎯
Even as a Consultant it’s tricky to stay focused on yourself 🫣

Following Food optimising slimming world I knew that I could achieve
manageable weight losses each week and that I would achieve a target that I set eating the meals I love! ❤️

With little changes to my usual eating habits my weight started falling every week! Even through December I managed to lose too!! 🥳

I’ve achieved my target 🎯 losing a total of 3stone 10lbs and 33inches! 🤩

I’m now chasing my 4stone award which will help me maintain my new weight in my target range! Which means I have a 6lb range to sit in.. I’ll weigh EVERY week, for FREE, to ensure I stay there! 🥳

I want to say that if I can do it…
YOU CAN TOO!! 😍

Come along to one of my sessions and I’ll be happy to support you along with my members and get you to your dream weight 🤩

Met up with the legend that is Stanwix Slimming World with Martain 07921 339697 martaindodds yesterday to revamp our Slimming World window at crownandmitrecarlisle hotel! 🪟

Added the up to date group dates and times, added our PRIDE flag and had a really good catch up!! ☕️
