Since losing 4 stone with Slimming World I thought it was time to get moving more!

At 57 I’ve decided to concentrate on building my strength and tone up!

I joined The Gym Group Bank Holiday last week, had a session with who showed me where to start!!

Squats, with a kettlebell, 15kg barbell for my arms and leg extensions! Gelt good.. not so much in the morning but I know it’s going to be worth it!!

Back again today to do it on my own..
I know it will get easier and it won’t be long until I notice the difference! Amazon Music getting me through it! 🎧
