Proof that filler isn’t about creating bigger features, it’s about creating better balance.

For this beautiful patient, I treated the lips and chin together to improve facial harmony and support the profile. While the lips received a subtle enhancement in shape and definition, the chin was refined to create better proportions between the upper and lower face.

This is why assessment matters.

The most natural results rarely come from treating one area in isolation. Instead, it’s about understanding how each feature works together and making small, strategic adjustments.

Someone asked me today if I would ever start doing aesthetics on my own. The answer will always be no.

Ness has done more for me than she’ll probably ever realise. She’s pushed me, backed me, and believed in me long before I believed in myself. A lot of the opportunities I’ve had are because she saw something in me and gave me the confidence to go for it.

One of the things I admire most about her is the team she’s built. Every day, I get to work alongside people I trust and respect. People I can discuss treatment plans with, ask for a second opinion, learn from, and rely on when I need support.

For me, that’s one of the biggest benefits for my patients too. Aesthetics can be complex, and I think there’s real value in being able to draw on the experience and knowledge of a whole team when needed. My patients know they’re getting my full attention and care, but they also have the reassurance that I’m part of something bigger.

In an industry where many choose to work alone, I’ve never felt the need to. I genuinely love being part of a team that challenges me, supports me, and encourages me to keep growing.

So no, I won’t be going it alone. Not because I couldn’t, but because I already have everything I need right where I am.

And for that, I’ll always be grateful 🤍

A beautiful result from today’s model day 🫶🏼

We captured some stunning before and after photographs, and this transformation is a perfect example of how subtle changes can create beautifully balanced definition.

My lovely patient wanted a little more structure through the chin and jawline. Not a dramatic change, just a refined enhancement to complement her natural features. The result is soft, elegant definition that still looks completely like her.

I honestly feel like I help people more now, than I ever did in the NHS.

And not because I didn’t help people there. I did. But so much of my role was reacting to problems once they already existed.

I was firefighting. Working within a system that was stretched, with limited time, limited resources and little opportunity to focus on prevention, confidence or long term wellbeing.

Now, I have time to really listen.

The impact may look different, but it’s no less meaningful. Seeing someone smile when they look in the mirror, walk taller, or tell me they finally feel like themselves again is a privilege I never take for granted.
