Someone asked me today if I would ever start doing aesthetics on my own. The answer will always be no.
Ness has done more for me than sheāll probably ever realise. Sheās pushed me, backed me, and believed in me long before I believed in myself. A lot of the opportunities Iāve had are because she saw something in me and gave me the confidence to go for it.
One of the things I admire most about her is the team sheās built. Every day, I get to work alongside people I trust and respect. People I can discuss treatment plans with, ask for a second opinion, learn from, and rely on when I need support.
For me, thatās one of the biggest benefits for my patients too. Aesthetics can be complex, and I think thereās real value in being able to draw on the experience and knowledge of a whole team when needed. My patients know theyāre getting my full attention and care, but they also have the reassurance that Iām part of something bigger.
In an industry where many choose to work alone, Iāve never felt the need to. I genuinely love being part of a team that challenges me, supports me, and encourages me to keep growing.
So no, I wonāt be going it alone. Not because I couldnāt, but because I already have everything I need right where I am.
And for that, Iāll always be grateful š¤
