✨ A little glimpse of some of the oracle cards that will be coming to the Peace Barn with me on the Chakra Energy Journey Weekend Retreat ✨

I absolutely love working with oracle cards and I have accumulated rather a lot of decks over the years so, of course, some of them will be joining us for The Chakra Energy Journey weekend.

As we work our way through the seven chakras, we’ll be using the cards at different points to add another layer to what we are exploring. Sometimes a card can bring up something we hadn’t really thought about, give us a different way of looking at things or simply confirm something we already knew deep down.

I’ll be choosing different decks to work with the energy of the different chakras, and there will also be time for you to choose cards intuitively for yourself. You don’t need to know anything about oracle cards or chakras beforehand — it’s all about exploring, experiencing and seeing what comes up for you.

The cards are just one part of what I have planned for the weekend. We’ll also be working with crystals, essential oils, meditation, sound, energy work and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Peace Barn and the company of some lovely souls. 💚

Crystals will be a lovely part of our Chakra Energy Journey weekend ✨

Each crystal carries its own energy, and different crystals have a natural connection with different chakras. During the weekend, you’ll be working with the crystals and explore how their energy feels to you. Sometimes we are attracted to a particular colour or stone without knowing why, only to discover that its qualities connect beautifully with what we need at that time.

We’ll work our way through each of the seven main chakras, using crystals alongside essential oils, meditation, sound and reflection. This isn’t about having lots of knowledge or choosing the “right” crystal. It’s about slowing down, listening to yourself and noticing what you feel.

There will also be time to relax, enjoy the beautiful Peace Yoga & Peace Yoga Barn surroundings and share the weekend with a lovely group of souls. I now have just three places available for 30th October–1st November, so if you feel you would like to join us, please send me a message and I’ll happily tell you more 💚

I’m looking for a few more lovely stallholders to join us for the Mind • Body • Spirit Fair at the Greenhill Hotel, Wigton on Saturday 14th November ✨

We already have a wonderful mix of readers, therapists, crystals, handmade gifts, jewellery, art and lots more, but I still have a few spaces available and would love to add a little more variety to the day.

The fair is raising funds for Hospice at Home Carlisle & North Lakeland, with entry by donation, and I’m really looking forward to bringing everyone together for what should be a lovely day. 🌻

I thought I would share where you can find me in September as I seem to be getting out and about quite a bit! ✨💫

I’ll be at the North Lakes Hotel in Penrith on Saturday 19th September for the Holistic & Handmade Crafts Fair. Then the following weekend I’m heading over to Morecambe Spiritualist Church on Saturday 26th September for the Temple of Light Holistic Gathering, followed by Evergreen Hall in Penrith on Sunday 27th September for Magical Finds.

It’s a little bit different for me as I’m normally at these events offering treatments, but this time I’ll be bringing my crystals instead. 💎 I’m really enjoying this new side of what I do and, of course, it gives me a very good excuse to keep buying beautiful crystals! 😂

If you’re coming along to any of them, please come and say hello and have a look at the crystals. It would be lovely to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones too. 💜✨

I finished another three days of Holy Fire Reiki training on Saturday, teaching the combined Level 1 & 2 course. 💫

I love teaching in small groups as it gives us plenty of time to practise, chat, ask questions and really get comfortable with the Holy Fire Reiki energy. Over the three days we worked through the Holy Fire Reiki experiences, placements and symbols, practised treatments and distance Holy Fire Reiki, with plenty of time to actually experience the energy rather than rushing through everything. 💚

It was lovely to sit and read this feedback afterwards and know that she had felt at ease during the three days and was leaving feeling confident to practise Holy Fire Reiki on herself and others. That is so important to me. I want my students to leave feeling comfortable with what they have learnt and excited to go away and use it.

I teach all levels of Holy Fire Reiki, from Level 1 right through to Master and Karuna Master. Level 1 can be taken on its own, or Levels 1 & 2 can be combined over three days as we did this week. I teach in small groups from my therapy room in Carlisle, with dates arranged to suit wherever possible.

A lovely three days, lots of Holy Fire Reiki energy and another student ready to take what she has learnt out into the world. ✨💫

A big thank you to everyone who joined me for this morning’s sound bath. 💚 It was lovely to spend the morning with you and work with the beautiful healing energy of Archangel Raphael.

We began with a Holy Fire healing meditation experience, bringing in Archangel Raphael’s energy and the colour green. I used Ruby & Zoisite for our meditation, a beautiful crystal for courage and heart healing, helping us to release some of the negativity that can hold us back. I also offered Ylang Ylang essential oil to help open the heart chakra and take us a little deeper into the meditation. 💚✨

The Lemurian tuning forks came out too, working to clear blockages and bring the mind, body and spirit back into alignment, not forgetting the sound of the crystal bowls. My three new Hess bowls also had their first outing today! I’m loving exploring their sound and vibration and they will be forming part of some new treatments I’ll be offering soon. ✨

Thank you again to everyone who came and shared the morning with me. My next sound bath is Sunday 20th September at Gosling S**e, Houghton, from 10.30–11.30am and I would love you to join me. 💜
