What a beautiful afternoon we shared yesterday at Hwb Y Gors for our Sounding for Wellbeing session. 💛

It was wonderful to come together in a warm and welcoming space, exploring the power of voice, sound, and harmony to aid relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

Through sounding, gentle vocal practices, and shared connection, we created a nurturing environment where everyone could relax, express themselves, and simply be.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and brought their energy, openness, and presence to the circle. These sessions are always made special by the people who come along.

✨ We are back at Hwb Y Gors on Wednesday 15th July at 12:00pm.

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of sharing a Sound Bath experience with the wonderful residents at Awel Y Môr Care Home in Gorseinon. 🎶✨

It was a truly special afternoon sharing gentle sounds, soothing vibrations, relaxation, and connection. We were honoured to create a peaceful space where residents could unwind, rest, and simply enjoy the healing sounds of the gongs, singing bowls, and other beautiful instruments.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the feedback, and witnessing moments of calm and comfort reminded us why we are so passionate about sharing sound and wellbeing with our community. 💜

A heartfelt thank you to the staff and residents for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to returning again in the future.
