☕🇻🇳 Just weeks after opening its doors, PHIN Belfast Vietnamese Café is already making an impression in Belfast City Centre with its vibrant concept, premium coffee offering, and beautifully designed space.

CBS was delighted to support this project with a range of catering and back-of-house equipment, helping to create an efficient operation from front counter to kitchen prep area.

Installed equipment includes:

Next Door restaurant, situated in heart of Holywood, came to us with the challenge of delivering a high-spec kitchen in a pretty tight space. We do a love a challenge!

This project really demonstrates the value of working with a partner who delivers more than just equipment.

With significant restrictions on both space and ceiling height, this site required careful planning and collaboration from the outset. Working closely with the client, we designed a kitchen layout that maximised workflow, functionality and efficiency, ensuring the operation had the right equipment in the right place to support service from day one.

At CBS, our role goes beyond supplying equipment. We work alongside clients to understand their menu, service style and operational needs, creating kitchen designs that optimise space, improve workflow and deliver long-term performance.

This installation included:

✅ Hoshizaki refrigeration and ice machine
✅ Lincat induction cooking suite
✅ Blue Seal pasta boiler
✅ Winterhalter glasswasher
✅ Bespoke stainless steel fabrication by Dawson Engineering

The result is a compact, highly efficient kitchen supporting a welcoming and stylish dining space, proving that even the most challenging sites can deliver exceptional functionality with the right design approach.

A great project to be involved in and another example of how thoughtful kitchen design, creativity and a 'can-do' attitude can make all the difference.

We're delighted to have supplied and installed a Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra Vegetable Preparation Machine at Woodlands Café, Crawfordsburn Country Park.

The CL50 Ultra is a powerful and versatile veg prep solution, designed to handle high-volume slicing, grating, dicing and julienne cutting with speed and consistency. Ideal for busy commercial kitchens, it helps reduce preparation time while delivering excellent results every time.
