🎀 Meet Our Speaker: David

Navigating Late-Diagnosed ADHD

"I openly share my personal journey with late-diagnosed ADHD to raise awareness and help others. By talking honestly about my everyday lifeβ€”the highs, the lows, and everything in betweenβ€”I hope my story resonates with other adults who may be trying to make sense of their own experiences."

David will be sharing his lived experience of receiving an ADHD diagnosis later in life, including the challenges, insights, and changes that came with finally understanding himself through an ADHD lens.

If you've ever wondered:
πŸ’ "Why do I struggle with things others seem to find easy?"
πŸ’ "Could I have ADHD?"
πŸ’ "Why wasn't this picked up sooner?"

Then David's story is one you won't want to miss.

Join David and our other guest speakers at:

πŸ’œ May Check-In πŸ’œ

How are you really doing this month?

Not the quick β€œI’m fine”, but the honest version.

May can feel like a lot. With pressure increasing, exams, deadlines building, routines shifting, and life speeding up, willing it to hurry up and just be summer! It can be a really intense time especially when you add ADHD into the mix.

So, this is your space to pause for a moment and check in with yourself πŸ’

✨ What’s been going well?
✨ What’s felt more difficult recently?
✨ Are you feeling the pressure building anywhere right now?
✨ What do you need more (or less) of this month?

Whether you’re feeling focused, overwhelmed, burnt out, or somewhere in between; it’s all valid.

πŸ’œ You don’t have to hold it all perfectly together.

Leave a message and let us know how you’re getting on we’d really love to hear from you and support each other.
