Here we are the first miserable day September has bought us in Dorset.

On days like these I never quite feel myself, it’s pouring with rain , I’ve not been able to get sun on my skin and quite frankly would happily lie in bed.

Procrastination is a huge block for us adhder’s and it completely stops us in our tracks.

I have a thousand tabs open in my brain yet none that I can address.

I’ve learnt that patience is key, and prioritising the absolute most important things are the small wins, the rest… well it can wait.

My confidence has walked on me for a few days a bit like my oestrogen !
