A quick update on Freedom Fitness Collective.
Iāve taken some time to rethink the timetable and overall structure of the coaching so it feels more purposeful and easier to follow, whilst still keeping the flexibility people need when life inevitably gets in the way.
The aim is to create something that gives more direction and accountability, without losing the understanding that not everyone can make the same sessions every single week. If you miss a session, there will still be flexibility to catch up and stay consistent.
As many of you know, Freedom Fitness Collective has never been just about exercise. The whole approach is centred around long-term wellbeingāstrength, movement, fitness, mindset, recovery, and building habits that actually support your life rather than adding more stress to it.
One thing Iāll also be introducing is a series of strength benchmark challengesāsomething tangible to work towards. Every 3 months, weāll retest so you can see clearly how far youāve come.
Personally, some of the biggest changes Iāve experiencedāphysically and mentallyāhave come from setting strength goals and working consistently towards them. Having something measurable to aim for changes the way you train.
Iāll also be bringing in a digitised body composition scale in the near future so we can track progress more accurately for those who want that dataānot just body weight, but a clearer picture of overall progress.
If youāve stepped away for a while and have been thinking about getting back into training, now is probably a good time.
The structure is improving, the coaching is evolving, and the focus remains the same: helping people become stronger, healthier, and more resilient in a sustainable way.
