What do these 2 things have in common?

When the ovaries slow down during menopause the adrenal glands are supposed to step in and help make female hormones.

If the adrenals are exhausted by chronic stress they can't make these hormones.

This leads to harsher hormonal drop making symptoms worse such as fatigue, hot flashes and mood swings.

Wakening at or around 3am at night. Going back over to sleep or maybe lying awake for hours afterwards.

This isn't normal and is your body telling you that things aren't right within.

Wow!! These can be very painful!

And usually you dont jst get it once as they seem to increase with intensity in a short period of time from the last bout.

Most of the time antibiotics dont work.

I work with these alot and teach clients whats happening to cause these and how to deal with them.
