Saturday is my “everything” %clinic day — a blend of , , medicine, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly.

Before the first appointment, I spend time reviewing patient notes, checking follow-ups, and preparing personalised plans for both new and existing clients. Every is different, and I love bringing together science, prevention, and aesthetics to help people look and feel their best.

My Saturdays also include reviewing progress with long-term patients, answering messages, updating treatment protocols, working on my website, creating content for Instagram, and tackling the endless admin that comes with running a private .

It may not be the most glamorous part of healthcare, but it’s where a lot of the magic happens. Care, preparation, and attention to detail behind the scenes allow me to give my patients the best possible experience when they walk through the door.
