Today's mindfulness in action was to just simply watch my girl play. She wanted to do her 'Yoda' when she got in with . I miss so much when my face is in a laptop or a phone. To watch her concentrate on just one thing made me question when exactly we loose that .

To complete my Breathworks Accreditation I will be co-hosting a Mindfulness for Stress Course in May with the lovely
This course normally runs at £275pp, but we are asking those participating to only cover the cost of the course materials at £20

It is an 8 week virtual course that will guide you through Mindfulness, meditation and Stress reduction techniques. There is no experience necessary, it's the perfect place to start!
