📣 This is why checking circulation during every appointment matters 🦶

👀 Just look at the colour difference 👀

Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) happens when the blood supply to the legs and feet is reduced.

🚩 Things to look out for include:

• Feet that feel cold

• Changes in colour, especially pale, blue or purple

• Pain or cramping when walking

• Slow-healing wounds

• Shiny skin or reduced hair growth

Don’t just put colour changes down to “getting older” or having cold feet!

⚠️ If you notice persistent changes in colour, temperature, pain or wounds that aren't healing, please speak to your GP 👩‍⚕️

There is nothing better than seeing the look of relief and pure happiness on a client’s face after a transformation ❤️

Onychogryphosis (severely thickened nails) can be incredibly painful and embarrassing to live with.

Being able to take away that discomfort and give someone their confidence back is truly the best part of what I do 🙌

From heavy and painful to completely relieved, weightless, and comfortable ✨

That’s not a corn… that’s a mini unicorn horn! 🦄

This long, painful corn had become seriously thick and was causing discomfort with every step 🦶

After careful scalpel removal, the pressure was relieved and we could finally say goodbye to the little foot horn! 👋

Corns can be incredibly painful, but with the right foot care, they don’t have to be something you simply put up with.

Another little bit of hard skin gone, and hopefully a much happier foot! 🫶

One simple habit can help reduce the risk of painful ingrown toenails.

✔️ Cut straight across
✔️ Don’t cut too short
✔️ File away any sharp edges
❌ Avoid cutting down the sides of the nail
