🌿 I find it fascinating how poor gut health so often underlies other health issues.
👩🏻⚕️ I see clients daily with mental health struggles, hormone imbalances, skin outbreaks, low thyroid function, and migraines — and the gut is almost always playing a role.

How improving gut health cleared eczema and calmed anxiety
When Erica first came to see me, she was dealing with:
🔸 Persistent eczema with frequent (sometimes severe) flare-ups
🔸 Bloating and gas, even with healthy or fatty foods
🔸 Sluggish bowel movements
🔸 Mild anxiety and low mood — all worse before her period
😔 She felt she had tried everything. Juice cleanses had helped temporarily, but the eczema always returned. By the time we worked together, she felt exhausted and disheartened by the cycle.

🍲 We began by changing her diet in a way that felt manageable rather than extreme. Once Erica realised she could still eat plenty of satisfying, nourishing food, the process became much easier.
🔍 One key insight was that she simply wasn’t eating enough. On such a restricted intake, it was impossible for her to meet her nutrient needs — especially for liver clearance of oestrogen, and for skin and brain health.
