Scenes from last week 🧡

Greek inspired dinners, mornings by the sea, football sidelines, cooking at home, girls night, coffee catch ups with babies in tow, client check ins, chicken & chorizo rice bowls and sunsets.

A full little week ✨

Consistency isn’t about being perfect… it’s about keeping going when life gets hard!

Set a minimum you can stick to… even on your worst weeks.

And remember, you don’t have to do it alone. Having a coach for accountability and a group of like-minded people around you can make staying consistent so much easier 🙌🏼

Small actions + the right support = long term progress 🚀

✨ Client Win ✨

When I asked her what the biggest changes have been, her answers said it all…

• Her biggest win?
“Finding out that I CAN do it.”

• Her biggest challenge?
“Understanding that not every week is going to be perfect - and learning to like myself more.”

• Her biggest improvement?
“Eating and being more controlled.”

And myyyyy favourite… 🥹

• How she feels now?
“Honestly, my quality of life across the board has gone up and losing weight really kick started it. Thank you sooooo much for everything you’ve done for me!!”

This is exactly why I do this 🥹

The progress in these photos is incredible, but the confidence, mindset, relationship with food andddd quality of life that have changed along the way? That’s the REAL transformation 🫶🏼

So proud of you and everything you’ve achieved. Over 21kg GONE. You are absolutely smashingggg it! 🚀

A week in a calorie deficit 📉

2 gym sessions and half a run 🫠 Really struggling with this injury at the moment, but resting and pushing through where I can.

A day of feeling sorry for myself under a blanket 🤒 and LOTS of different food this week…
- Steak pasta and veg
- Mushroom, tomato, sausage, egg, breakfast scramble
- White chocolate and raspberry porridge
- Teriyaki salmon, rice, quinoa and avocado
- Chicken sausages, veggie rice and veg
- Thai red curry
- Steak, peppercorn sauce and roasted veg

AND my little baby started school 🥺🤍

I love love LOVE seeing my people succeed 🏆

I will always make my clients find one positive thing about their week… even when sometimes it feels like it’s all fallen apart!

We reflect on what’s worked, what hasn’t, what’s been going on, what we’ve got coming up… and then we MAKE PLANS.

Plans that are easier to stick to, fit around their lives and their socials and keep them moving towards their goals 🎯

No one is saying it’s easy. You’ll have to say no to some things.
You might feel hungry sometimes anddd there will absolutely be weeks where things don’t go to plan.

But if you have a goal you want to hit, I will do my absolute best to coach you, support you and help you get there 🎯

P.S. I love my job and my clients 🥹👊🏼

You don’t need to do more.

You probably need to do the basics consistently for longer.

Don’t overcomplicate it.

Save this if you’re starting over 👊🏼
