Meditation Classes Have Expanded

I am delighted to share that I will now be offering meditation classes on selected Tuesday evenings from my peaceful treatment space in Chandlers Ford.

These gentle evening sessions are a lovely opportunity to take a little time out for yourself, step away from the busyness of everyday life, and enjoy a relaxing hour of calm, grounding, and connection.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or already enjoy a regular practice, you are very welcome to come along. Each session will be guided in a supportive and friendly way, helping you to slow down, release the stresses of the day, and leave feeling more peaceful and balanced.

Dear lovely clients,

I wanted to let you know that, due to the continued increase in the cost of products and supplies, I have made the difficult decision to increase the price of my treatments by £5.00.

The new prices will come into effect from 1st August 2026.
I have tried to keep my prices as affordable as possible for as long as I can, while still ensuring that I can continue to offer you the same quality of care, products and personalised treatments that you have come to expect.

As a little thank you for your continued support, my 4 treatments for the price of 3 offer will still be available until 31st July 2026. This is a lovely opportunity to book your treatments in advance at the current prices and enjoy one treatment completely free.

Self-Healing Begins Within
Sometimes we can become so busy looking outside of ourselves for answers that we forget the deep wisdom already held within our own body and soul.

This card is a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and bring your awareness back to yourself.

Your body is always communicating with you. It may ask for rest, stillness, nourishment, stronger boundaries, emotional release, or simply a little more kindness.

When we begin to listen without judgement, we create space for healing to unfold naturally and gently

Take a quiet moment today. Place one hand over your heart and the other over your lower abdomen. Close your eyes and take a few slow breaths.

Ask yourself:
✨ What does my body need from me today?
✨ What emotions am I ready to acknowledge with love?
✨ Where can I offer myself more compassion?

You do not need to have all the answers. Simply begin by listening.
