Now we love a prop but did you know they are purposeful … not just a torture device as the magic circle or aka the circle of fire is often perceived? 🔥😂

When we add resistance of the magic circle it isn’t just there to make your body work harder .. although, that too 😉 It actually enhances the stability in your body, giving tactile feedback on alignment by activating your deep abdominals which aids control as well as targeting your smaller stabilising muscles. As Lee explained during teaching this flow, circle placement also aids neurological pathways as your brain responds to such feedback, working like a physical target for muscle activation 💪🏼🧠

Our Infinity footbar week 💪🏼 The wonderful thing about the Allegro 2 reformer is the versatility of the footbar 🙏🏻 It allows us to curate creative flows without compromising technique ❤️

So here it is - New Timetable and Pricing 🌟

It's been my goal to make Pilates, in particular Reformer more accessible and more affordable to everybody as EVERYBODY needs Pilates in their life and their bodies for that matter! As most of you know, the snobbery that can manifest itself around the Pilates practice irks me a little - yes I said it at loud and keeping it real folks- staying humble peeps ✌️

From September 4th, please see the update to our class timetable and pricing structure to reflect this 👌 We've adjusted all classes to a 45 Minute format but reflected this in affordable pricing so it's a win win ❤

If you have an account with us already then you should have received an email to let you know how the changes effect your bookings and future visits to the studio - if not (because you know how good I am with technology 😂) please drop us an email: [email protected] or a DM - we'll get back to you asap as this is a labour intensive time on the admin front 😅

An update to class descriptions will follow over the next few days and will be updated on the webite. I hope you all find this a positive change in our friendly little studio and a little positive inspiration to keep on moving and grooving 🤸

Much love, Lee xox ❤
