Although we are not really train enthusiasts, we drive past Buffers Model Railways almost every day and the outside of the building looks so interesting that we finally had to pop in and see what it was all about. We are so glad we did! 🚂

Inside is an absolute treasure trove. Trains, planes, automobiles and all sorts of models fill the shelves, whether you are an experienced collector or just curious like we were. The team were incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with us. They even kept aside some little model animals for our Health and Remedy window display, which now keeps children entertained on their way past the shop. 🐑🐄

One of the things I love most is watching their videos online. It is obvious they genuinely love what they do, and that passion comes across in every interaction. Shops like this are so important. They keep hobbies alive, help people build new skills and bring together communities of people with shared interests.

Even if you have never built a model in your life, it is worth popping in just to see what they have. You might leave with a new hobby! 😊

Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
