🚉 Conveniently located with excellent public transport links
🚶 Street-level studio benefiting from consistent footfall and regular walk-in enquiries

🎨 Artistic Styles: All styles considered — strong individuality and signature work encouraged
💼 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional studio environment
💷 Pay Structure: 70/30 artist-to-studio split
📈 Clients: An existing client base is welcome, but not essential
