Peg laterals are when the teeth either side of the central incisors are small. In this case we aligned the teeth with Invisalign, carried out some whitening then composite bonding to build the lateral incisors up to close the gaps. The patient is thrilled and can’t stop smiling!

This patient was unhappy with the gaps in her lower teeth. She actually had 2 permanent teeth missing. Firstly we straightened everything with Invisalign then we did some composite bonding of the lower six teeth and we now have a very happy patient😀
