A Moment That Made Our Day

While one of our carers was out in the community supporting a client, they were approached by a member of the public who simply wanted to express her gratitude for the work community care professionals do every day.

It is easy for the incredible work of care professionals to go unnoticed, so moments like these mean so much. A heartfelt thank you to this kind member of the public for recognising the positive impact that community care has on people’s lives.

Comfort at Home Care was founded by Emma and Vicky, both registered nurses with a background in community nursing. With an understanding of domiciliary care, we know how vital quality support is in helping people maintain their independence at home or in the community therefore our promise to you is:

• We create a person centred care plan
• We adhere to high infection control standards
