Out for a lovely walk with one of my ladies yesterday.
She adores my dog mabel so of course we had to invite her along too. Watching mabel dart in and out of the water put a huge smile on mine and my clients face.
We then finished with a lovely lunch 🥰

What does companionship mean to me?
To me, companionship is about offering genuine emotional and social support — being there to listen, share a laugh, and provide comfort. With the right person, it can ease loneliness, boost well-being and self-worth, and help prevent the feeling of isolation.

As the long, dark nights draw in, many older people begin to feel more alone — often reluctant to ask for help or “be a burden” on their families. That’s where I can step in. I can offer friendly visits for a cuppa and a chat, as well as assistance with personal care, medication, and everyday household tasks.

Let me help take a little pressure off you and bring some companionship and care to your loved ones.

I hold an enhanced DBS, am fully insured, and have qualifications in Health and Social Care.
