This patient had tooth decay under their old amalgam fillings.

💧We used rubber dam to isolate the teeh to give us a really clean and clear working environment.
🧀Pre wedged the teeth to give us enough space to work safely against the adjacent teeth.
🐎Saddle matrix used from to give us the best seal and contact point when rebuilding the tooth.

Putting into practice new skills and tips learnt from and .jurgita.smiles 🤓

This patient attended as an emergency appointment after fracturing their front tooth eating a sandwich! 🥪 💎

Luckily for this patient I had spent the day delving into the detail of anterior restorations a few weeks earlier, and felt more confident and equipped to help and restore this tooth.
The critic in me still sees areas that can be improved upon, but that's what we do best - reflect, learn and grow 📈👍
However the patient was very happy with the result and that's what matters most.
