Good morning all,
Apologies for the delay in rolling out the new Leak Guard modules for the Trim Fit Pants,Terry Pants and swim protection module too.
We are tweaking the cutting templates today which will finalize all 4 sizes. Remember that this is a snap in module system meaning 1 pant will accommodate the 1 ply swim nappy module, the 6 ply Terry module and the 10 Ply module too, allowing you to customize all our products in that size to suit either Day, Night or Swim.

Hello Lovely People,
We have been busy in the design department modifying and adding features to our Pull Ups with many of you asking for internal leak guards. So this is what we have come up with so far. We have created a snap in, snap out range of inserts that have 2 inch standing leak guards built on to every insert, making changing far easier as they can be snapped out, wiped over and a new insert/leak guard snapped in quickly. This will also save you lots of money if you are having to shell out on additional disposable products. We have also produced an insert that has been specifically designed to snap inside our pull ups creating a swim protection pant. This will be available in sizes 7-8 Years old to adult. Over the weekend we will be finalising the snap in swim module. And remember any suggestions, we want to hear them.

Hello All, we are continuing with our new experimental dying system for colouring our products. We understand that for kids products, white sometimes just won't do and it takes a certain colour or pattern to encourage the child to try them. So we are investing in a Dye plant at our Chelmsford works. This will enable us to offer 18+ colours where as, at present we can only buy in certain colours that are not that Child friendly. We want your child to be able to pick the colours they like and not the just colours that are available us at the wholesaler. We are also exploring a new TPU waterproofing material to replace our PUL that will last longer. We will keep you posted on this. Here are some of the colour we have come up with, and trust us there will be more as we are all individual in our own ways. Tomorrow will be Forest Green and Blue Jeans.

Our newly designed washable very heavy duty Bed mats are ideal if you need really heavy protection between the pad or pant and the bottom bed sheet.This is particularly the case if you have incontinence products that fail. These feature 4 ply 340 gsm grade 100% Terry towelling with a non slip Polyurethane Laminate base.They are then serged together using 75 grade thread so they will last wash after wash They will fit across a single bed.
Natural fibres wash out all the urine smells that can build up whereas micro fibre will hold on to them. You won't notice this when you take them out of the washing machine but will when they have been dried.

They do take a little longer to dry but I would rather wash and dry 1 bed mat that the whole bedding.

These will absorb 2500 ml with ease. This is exactly the same product we are currently sending to testers so we will see what they make of them.

We have been asked to design and produce a belted product that is the same as the disposable Flex range offered by the Disposable companies except this will be fully washable and reusable. I am from a medical background and know the difficulties folk have, where getting to the loo is either a task or by the time they do make it and tried to remove their pad or pull up its too late. This will be a drop front all in one product that can be removed quickly by undoing either side hook and loop enabling the user to use the toilet faster. This is particularly important with male post Prostatectomy patients.

I would appreciate any feedback on this and in particular what you think this new product would benefit from.

Good morning all, we are looking for 5 testers for our Children's Trim Fit Pants and Bed mats. This will cost you nothing except honest feedback, if they could be made better or any tweaking.

The Trim Fit Pants are comparable to a Disposable Pull Up and our bed mats quite frankly you won't out wet, and are ideal if you are sick of changing the bedding in the middle of the night.

It would also be useful to know what products your child currently uses, wether boy or Girl so we don't send a pick hearts to a Boy who won't wear when or a Girl who hates Spaceships, and age so we can send you the right size pant and absorbency insert.
We are only able to send to UK addresses.

Fed up of Expensive Disposable Pull Ups? Our New Children's Hybrid Pull Ups now comes in either Snap or Hook and Loop fasteners + a high capacity Snap in Insert.

X Small 60 cm-80 cm + 4 Ply Terry Insert = 450 ml
Small. 77 cm-97cm + 4 Ply Terry Insert = 600 ml

We have lots of Interchangeable Inserts that are Compatible and Universal throughout the same size range. So a size small insert will snap into all our entire small range of pants whether day of night use. Our 4 ply Terry inserts are the lightest absorption we make.
Just 1 of our size small 15 ply brushed cotton inserts will hold 1000 ml with a Terry pants its 1800 ml and these are sustainable 100% cottons. Our products completely wipe the floor with disposable pull ups because we design our products to have the absorption where it's needed most at the back and front, and not just a bit of padding running down the middle.
