Helping vocalising and movement through music Tess is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in music education.

She is a HCPC-registered Music Therapist and a licensed Makaton Tutor. We offer accessible and tailored music therapy sessions to support your unique needs and journey towards well-being. We believe in the power of music to promote well-being and enhance the quality of life. We serve a diverse clientele, including children with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autism, mental health challenges, adults with learning disabilities, and those with Dementia & Alzheimer's.

A little book making a big difference!

I’m proud to support The Tale of Lucky, The Tiptree Chicken, raising funds for seven-year-old Alexander and his specialist therapies, equipment and future adaptations.

As a music therapist, I know how important access to the right therapies can be in supporting children’s wellbeing, development and quality of life. It’s wonderful to see the community coming together to support Alex through such a special story.

A huge thank you to Caitlin and Baddow And Sandon Neighbourhood Association (BASNA) for hosting such an excellent, free Family Fun Day! We had a fantastic day, and it was wonderful to see so many children and adults enjoying our foot piano.

We also had lots of interest in music therapy, which was fantastic to see. We look forward to connecting with potential clients and exploring how we can support more people through music therapy. 🎶

What a wonderful way to round off July…

It was an honour to meet and chat with the Mayor of Canvey Island, Cllr Susan Brooke, and the Deputy Town Mayor, Cllr Elaine Harvey.

We spoke about the power of music therapy, the specialist work I do, and the positive impact it has on the individuals I support. It was especially meaningful to hear that Susan is a passionate advocate for music therapy due to her own personal connection with it. They even had a go on our foot piano, which was great fun!

It was wonderful to have the opportunity to raise awareness of a profession that many people are still hearing about for the first time. Thank you both for your time, interest and support. 🙏🏾
