Today is a full day of massage clients, and it got me thinking about just how beneficial regular massage can be, whatever day of the week you choose.
I’ve been massaging for over 30 years and during that time I’ve continued to study and expand my skills so I can offer the best possible treatment for each individual client.

More recently, I’ve also incorporated Sound Therapy and Energy Healing into my work through my Massage & Sound Therapy Rituals, a deeply peaceful two hour experience that nurtures the mind, body, soul, and energy field, helping you to relax, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
When I lived in Singapore for five years, regular massage was simply part of everyday healthcare. People saw it as an investment in their wellbeing, helping to prevent illness, reduce stress, and ease aches and pains before they became bigger issues. I believe there is much wisdom in that approach.
