For the last like 10 years I’ve spent a LOT of time trying to understand who I am & “make sense” of the lessons life has thrown

I still don’t have all the answers (& I know I never will), but I’m reaching a place where I finally trust that just being myself & moving forward is enough 🌺

Trusting the process 🙏🏼 Surrounding myself with the best 🌞 & deeply embracing the knowing that I’m always guided !!!!

Forever gratefulllllll. 16 year old me would be so proud to know we survived (( & eventually thrived )) yay !!!

Me when I came home from Bali vs how I’m going back!!! 😎✌🏼

Obvs haven’t been posting much fitness content lately (cos tbh I’m loving just doing it for myself rn) but seeing these side by side I actually do feel proud that I’m finally learning the art of consistency (CMMONNNN)

Over the past year I’ve been unpacking a LOT mentally around food, reprogramming what feels right for my body as a FEMALE, listening to my internal voice again, reminding myself that discipline doesn’t have to = punishment & learning to build my life WITH my cycle instead of against it. Big old ups and downs but we’re getting there !!!

I might be biased but I truly couldn’t have done this without 🫶🏼 genuinely the BEST transformation coach there is (if you’re struggling u should hit him up)

Anywayyyy nearly time for us to go catch our flight 🏝️✈️ see ya on the other side

Ngl I needed a bit of time away from posting on here cos things have been SHIFTINGGG… & I’ve learnt that sometimes you’ve gotta just let the universe do its thing without overthinking it…

Over the past few years you’ve probs seen me move between coaching & tattooing (sometimes doing both at once 😳) & I’ve spent a lot of that time unsure which main direction I was meant to lean…

Behind the scenes I’m currently training for my first Hyrox in March 🤪 & tbh I’m *finally* loving movement again, but in a way that feels right FOR ME… not something I need to teach or turn into content

Honestly, taking the pressure off of showing up as a coach has been SUCH a relief & I’ve been pouring the extra energy into my tattooing clients & artwork over on → 🙌🏼

Sooooo going into 2026 THIS Insta might become slightly more of a personal page for me… just lil snippets of the life we’re building (but maybe when it’s feeling interesting enough again) 😂

My coaching chapter will ALWAYS be an experience I’m proud of, & I’m soooooo grateful for every client & connection I’ve made along the way 🪐

It’s not really the end but actually just a ✨new era✨ yayyyyyy !!!

Past few years have held many periods of feeling lost & just wondering what life is all about…

…but I’ve learnt that the Universe’s plan deffo makes sense when you finally find the right person to share the journey with 🪐

Someone who is dedicated to continuously growing beside you…

Who treats you with respect, pushes you to be your best & is ready to put the work in to understand who you REALLY are 🫶🏼

This year has been one of the most challenging yet, but has also left me feeling BEYOND grateful to be ending it with this 10/10 man by my side ↑✨

And FYI it’s true that when you know, you know… even if it takes 7 years to realise 🤣🤍

Full focus is on feeding my mind with POSITIVE thoughts rn. Think I was stuck in the comparison trap for a lil while… (anyone else been stuck there too?!) …but I’M BACK & feeling like myself again !!!
