Two scoliosis curves? The direction of your exercise really matters. ↔️

This gentleman is over 60 with a right lumbar and left thoracic degenerative scoliosis, as well as two hip replacements.

Here I’m demonstrating a gentle Schroth-style correction to help elongate the spine, open the rib cage and strengthen the corrected position. 🫁💪

⚠️ His curve pattern is less typical. If you have the more common left lumbar/right thoracic pattern, this correction would usually be performed in the opposite direction.

Scoliosis exercises should always match the individual curve.
