Hello lovelies ✨

I know it’s been a minute since I last showed up on here, but I just wanted to pop in and remind you all that I haven’t forgotten about you 💛

Life has been beautifully busy behind the scenes. I’ve recently moved house (which, as many of you will know, takes a lot of time and energy, especially with a young family) and I’m also preparing to get married in just three months 💕

I wanted to share a little moment with you that really reminded me of the power of manifestation and trusting the signs from the Universe.

When we went to view our new home, something incredible happened. Whilst waiting outside, a feather appeared and gently fell onto my partner’s head, and then a bumblebee followed us into the house. Instantly, I knew this is where we were meant to be.

At the end of last year, I set a very clear intention with the Universe for our home. How I wanted it to feel, the space, the energy… and everything aligned so perfectly. Those signs were confirmation for me. From a spiritual perspective, when a bee follows you into a new space, it’s often seen as guidance and a beautiful reminder that you are being led exactly where you need to be 🐝✨

So this is your reminder: always trust the signs. Set your intentions clearly. Feel as though it’s already yours.

The Universe always responds to that energy. You are the creator of your own path 🫶🏻

Friday Thoughts on Manifestation ✨

This week I’ve had a couple of really lovely conversations around manifestation, and it felt like the perfect time to share this with you all.

Manifestation isn’t something new or complicated , in fact, many of us have been doing it naturally for years without realising. I’ve always worked with it either by writing a letter to the Universe or simply setting the intention clearly in my mind… and then thanking the Universe as if it’s already been delivered.

Gratitude is key 🫶🏻
When you give thanks in advance, you’re confirming trust…you’re saying “I believe this is already on its way.” That’s what truly sets the intention.

This can be used for:
✨ Job interviews
✨ Moving house
✨ Abundance
✨ Opportunities
✨ Peace, healing, or clarity

Something else I personally love to do is ask for a random or unusual sign. Something you don’t see every day, as confirmation that the request has been received and delivered. It might be a heart on a jumper, a symbol that keeps repeating, or something that simply makes you smile and think “that’s not a coincidence.”

And one important part many people forget….always end your request with gratitude and an offering of how you’ll give back. Energy is an exchange.

For example: “I am thankful for this opportunity, and I will continue to spread love and light to everyone I meet.”
Keep it simple. Keep it genuine. Speak from the heart.

The Universe listens to intention, not perfection 💫

While queuing in the supermarket this morning, I noticed an elderly gentleman in front of me holding a small bunch of roses. I wasn’t holding space or working psychically…just standing in line…when I suddenly felt a loving female presence beside me. Spirit whispered that the roses were for his sister’s birthday.

Moments later, he spoke to the cashier and mentioned he was off to visit his sister’s grave to lay her birthday flowers. Spirit never ceases to amaze me… even in the most ordinary moments. 🌹
