Alma Yoga Glos - Jose Yoga for all abilities, focused on positive change in the body, mind while building community up. Hello, my name is Jose (Josefa), born in Spain.

I believe in living a life free of judgment, filled with joy and gratitude. My teaching style is a fusion of various yoga traditions, with a focus on Hatha, Yin, gentle Vinyasa, and chair yoga. TEACHING APPROACH

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, size, or ability! I am passionate about encouraging people to believe in themselves and providing equitable, inclusive, and accessible yoga that em

braces learning differences. The classes are focused on acceptance, compassion, and empowerment.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Being a yoga practitioner for almost two decades, and an endless learner, I gained a Yoga Alliance trained teacher qualification, based in the Cheltenham and Churchdown area. I am also a Yoga Alliance Certified Trainer specialising in Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga. I am first-aid certified and DBS cleared.
