Do you feel called to learn a lifelong skill to have up your sleeve for all aspects of life? Level 1 is the stepping stone to change as it opens your eyes to your own power you didn’t know you held in your hands. How to protect your energy, channel without depleting your own, and practices to use in your day to day life on yourself, friends and family (and pets!).

The full day runs Saturday 1st August. If you have questions please reach out and I’d be happy to have a chat and answer any questions. These courses always feel so magical and I can’t wait to share this modality with you.

You’ll learn the history, the principles and the ways in which Reiki can be used. Following a personal attunement and time to practice, you’ll be able to go home and treat yourself, family and pets with a safe healing technique by the end of the day.

The following 21 days will involve a daily practice on yourself at home to complete the process. It’s so empowering to have this natural form of energy healing available whenever you need it.
