This Saturday I’m running an Introduction to Breathwork Workshop — a gentle and practical 90-minute experience to help you understand and use the power of your breath in everyday life.
Breathwork can support:

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or curious to learn more, this workshop is designed to give you simple tools you can take into daily life.
