It blows my mind that this time last year, my sister and I were right in the middle of planning our new business.

After being a Neal’s Yard Remedies franchise for over 25 years, we were taking the huge step towards becoming fully independent — something that felt both exciting and incredibly daunting at the same time.

At that point, we had only just landed on our gorgeous name, Sanctuary & Sage, and were deep in the exciting process of building our brand with the amazing .

Looking back now, I still feel so grateful for every single person who helped bring our vision to life. From friends and family who gave their time, support, encouragement and hard work, to everyone who believed in us from the very beginning — thank you.

Together, you helped create the beautiful shop and therapy rooms that Sanctuary & Sage is today.

And somehow, becoming independent has made it feel even more special, because it truly feels like our own.

As I’m in the shop on a quiet Sunday today, I’m feeling especially grateful for how far we’ve come in such a short space of time. 💚✨
