Can’t get Canva to work but just needed to let you know our dates for upcoming Bath Road Babies…

We meet at Corner Coffee Co. on Monday mornings 10am-12 and everyone is welcome to come for a coffee and a chat ☕️

We will be taking a break over the summer, but please do keep an eye out for what we have coming up in future. We’ve started planning for September already!

So if someone you know is has a new baby, or is pregnant, please share this with them 💕

The lovely Georgie is head chef and boss of all things Fill Your Freezer, so here she is giving you a quick round up of the things people ask us most often about FYF.
From delivery to dietary requirements, hopefully this will tell you what you need to know!

Have we missed anything?
Please do let us know - leave a comment or send a message if you have a question that we haven’t covered.

Please share with a mum-to-be or new Mum who might find this useful!

Mums, Dads and babies of Cheltenham! 📣
This is your public service announcement to make sure you have a sun hat that fits your small person, because this is it… SUMMER!!
And as a solar powered individual, I will be spending as much time outside as possible.

So we are going to take Bath Road Babies into the great outdoors, and get our coffees from to go, as we take a stroll to Naunton Park and park ourselves on a picnic blanket.

We are meeting 10:15-10:30
Come and join us, everyone is welcome.
And it’s a great way to start the week ☀️

We are so happy to be sharing this with you, full of fresh, vibrant flavours, and the kind of food we want to eat all summer long.

We’ve brought back a couple of old favourites, that we know are popular with you guys, and added in some brand new dishes to keep it interesting and varied.

We hope that you will love it as much as we do!

Available from May, it’s never too soon to save your spot for whatever month is going to work best for you, by getting in touch with us at cheltenhamdoula.com

A little update on the services we offer, as we lean further into our love for all things postnatal. We know that postpartum can be transformed with a little bit of extra rest, nourishment, support and compassion.

Your body has just done an amazing thing, now it needs to heal and recover, and your mind needs to gently adjust to the new chapter you are entering.
Our mission is to bring that support to families, tailored to meet your unique needs, and help mums to thrive as you embrace this season of life.

We work with families from pregnancy, preparing for their new arrival and planning postnatal support, as well as families who reach out once baby is here and the road gets bumpy. Either way, sleep deprivation is real and help is out there! It’s what we do best.

Please send us an email, or message via the website if you would like to talk about how we can help with your own postnatal experience.

✨ It’s the home-cooked meals we wish we’d had in those early postpartum days and beyond.
Comforting, nourishing, full of whole foods and real flavour - so much more than a supermarket ready meal and way better value than a pricey takeaway.
We created these dishes to support postpartum healing, but the great thing is that they’re nourishing for everyone. We love getting orders from and cooking for people in every season of life.

Carefully made in small batches we can adapt our menu to cater for a number of dietary requirements. Our menu is always meat-free (but never lacking in protein) and we often make it gluten free on request.

I asked Georgie what she would buy if she was expecting a baby now, and her answer was…
Nothing 🤔
A bit extreme perhaps, but I totally get her point. So much of what we are sold as ‘must haves’ for parenting really isn’t that essential, and sometimes it doesn’t work for us at all.

So instead I present you with a list of the things we definitely would NOT buy. Because let’s face it, it’s always nice to save some money, and with Black Friday upon us, prepare to be inundated with adverts trying to convince you of everything you ‘need’.

Why does buying stuff give us a sense of feeling more prepared? I guess because it’s something that we have control over, and with all the unknowns that come with having a baby that feels good. But it’s rarely the material things that make a difference to your postpartum experience.

Is there anything on your shopping list to buy for baby, but you’re not 100% sure whether you need it? Let us know in the comments ⬇️

Attention please babies of Cheltenham!!
Tell your responsible adult about our coffee morning….

Sometimes it’s just nice to have a Monday morning plan, to get your week off to a good start.
We know the days can feel long, and a little company with a cuppa, and possibly even cake (gasp) might be just the thing.

Come and join us on a Monday morning
Drop in anytime 10am - 12
at Corner Coffee Co, Bath Road, Cheltenham.
We’re thinking this will be ideal for those with pre-crawling babies and those expecting, but everyone is welcome.

See you there! ☕️
