Now I’ve scratched the itch of a Hyrox doubles and singles, I’m back to calisthenics training with - one goal being getting my pull-up back 🙏🏼

The first week has been so fun but wow, I’ve had DOMS in muscles I haven’t felt for a while 😅

So, this week I had my regular soft tissue therapy session with , and this morning I got back to a class.
Both were the perfect reminder of how important it is to lengthen the muscles and calm the mind.

For anyone training hard multiple times a week or spending most of your time at a desk, carving in soft tissue work and yoga is such a game-changer. It balances out strength work, improves posture, helps reduce injury risk, and gives you time to calm your breathing and mind 🧘🏻‍♀️

Strengthening muscles is so important, but so is keeping them lengthened and balanced!
