Receiving this today from a very lovely client really made my day.
My job is to help you physically repair/recover/restore and achieve, and I absolutely love it. The achievements made by each individual client are my joy, but I can’t deny this was such a lovely surprise.

After completing a challenging 19 mile walk on Saturday I’ve noticed the aches and pains that come a few days after. So booking myself in for a sports massage to help flush the toxins and lactic acid from my tired muscles. The massage will allow blood to circulate more easily- helping my muscles to recover and be ready for the next challenge. Basically aiding quicker recovery and reducing the risk of injury
