Sarah Woodward What makes kinesiology truly fascinating is its ability to reveal underlying issues and provide immediate, visible responses during a session.

I'm a certified Systematic Kinesiology Practitioner in Cheltenham, using muscle testing to uncover the true imbalances behind health problems & determine what the body needs to restore balance & feel its best. I am currently training to become a Systematic Kinesiology practitioner (TASK certification)

Kinesiology is a therapy that uses muscle testing to assess the body's energy flow and pinpoint

areas of imbalance. Once identified, a variety of tailored treatments—including lymphatic massage, electrical balancing, nutritional support, and emotional work—help restore harmony and wellbeing. Some of the concerns I can address include:
• Frequent infections / immune challenges
• Digestive issues
• Hormonal imbalances
• Neck and back pain
• Food sensitivities and intolerances
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
• Headaches and migraines
• Muscle and joint pain

If you're interested in a session, please get in touch to book an appointment. I'd love to support you on your wellness journey!

When you know something isn’t right but your doctor has no medical explanation for it, kinesiology offers a gentle, powerful way to understand what your body is really trying to tell you. Using simple muscle testing, we can uncover hidden imbalances — including food sensitivities — and get to the root of symptoms such as:

• Bloating and digestive discomfort
• Low energy
• Joint pain
• Skin issues
• Mood changes
• Children’s hyperactivity

Your body never lies. What’s happening beneath the surface often shows up as food intolerance, and identifying those triggers can be life changing.

Kinesiology is non invasive, fast, and deeply insightful — helping you understand which foods your body thrives on, and which ones it struggles to process.

Because what you eat shapes how you feel, think, and live.

A session can help you take that first step toward getting clarity and feeling like yourself again.

✨ Happy Hormones: Your Body’s Natural Mood Boosters ✨

Ever wondered why a walk in nature, a good laugh, or even a hug can instantly lift your mood? It’s all thanks to your body’s “happy hormones” — the natural chemicals that help regulate mood, motivation, connection, and wellbeing.

Here are four of the key players:
🌞 Dopamine – The Motivation Molecule
Released when you achieve something, dopamine gives you that rewarding feeling that says “Yes, I did it!” Even small wins — ticking off a task, learning something new, or completing a workout — can boost dopamine levels.
💛 Serotonin – The Mood Stabiliser
Often linked with feelings of happiness and calm, serotonin helps regulate mood, sleep, and digestion. Spending time in daylight, moving your body, and practicing gratitude can all support healthy serotonin levels.
🤗 Oxytocin – The Connection Hormone
Sometimes called the “love hormone,” oxytocin is released through human connection — hugs, kindness, meaningful conversation, and bonding moments.
😄 Endorphins – The Natural Pain Relievers
Endorphins are released during activities like exercise, laughter, dancing, or even listening to music. They help reduce pain and create that uplifting “feel-good” sensation.

💡 Simple ways to boost your happy hormones today:
• Get outside for some natural daylight
• Move your body — even a short walk counts
• Laugh with friends or watch something funny
• Practice gratitude
• Connect with someone you care about

Our bodies are beautifully designed to support wellbeing — sometimes the smallest habits can make the biggest difference. 🌿
