Life sometimes seems so unfair, yet I have so much to be thankful for. My father passed yesterday, after spending 3 months without his precious Eileen, my mother. His heart literally broke. 💔
I was privileged to spend time with him before he passed, adding to the beautiful memories I have stored over the years. I know my parents are reunited - my father's spirit came to me in the car as we raced back for his final moments. He knew I wouldn't make it in time. That precious moment will stay with me always. I am away to Ireland next week, visiting my father's side of the family. I need to take some time to reboot my own heart as it has taken some pretty big sledge hammer hits over the last 15 months. 🥺 Take care of yourselves, make memories with those you cherish and don't waste time focusing on the negatives of this crazy world. Sending you all hugs 🤗

Update: My gentle father returned to my mother's arms today. It was peaceful and loving with family sharing moments with him before he said goodbye. They are at peace now, and so am I. 🤗💞
Life continues to throw up challenges! My father is in hospital, having had a heart attack caused largely by a broken heart. 💔😢 I think my own heart is broken a bit too, and I've been struggling with some symptoms that I am getting checked out. Everything is at a bit of a halt at the moment, so please bear with me. Your positive thoughts and prayers are welcome. 🙏🤗

I remember this day like it was yesterday. It was a decision we both made to highlight the stigma of cancer and losing your hair. Jason had overcome leukaemia just a few years before, and had lost his hair. We lost friends along the way, but also made some too. For me, it was about standing up and being strong for others; to show that my hair was merely an accessory, not my identity. It took a while to regrow my hair, but the strength of character has stayed with me to this day. Learning to love yourself, flaws and all, is precious. Only when you can truly love yourself, will you attract others who love you respectfully. Every day is a school day - what have you learned? 🤗

Hello lovely people. Can I please share with you, my new location. A number of clients are blindly following their SatNav and it's taking them to Woodleigh Road, Kingsteignton. I am at Woodleigh Caravan Park, Cheriton Bishop, which is off the A30, just after Exeter. It's about 25/30 minutes out of Torbay. Please ensure your SatNav is set correctly when you start your journey, as it's another 30 minutes from Kingsteignton to Cheriton Bishop. 🙏 I look forward to welcoming you to my new home. 🤗

Well that didn't get any better overnight!! Apparently, I have a chalazion cyst that's got infected. 😳 Starting antibiotics today so hopefully be feeling better in a few days..🤞

Oh dear, not looking my best! Started yesterday, and has got worse today. Feeling a bit off colour. 😔 Off to docs at 10! Sorry for those whose appointments I've had to cancel. I'll be back on it just as soon as I can. 🙏
UPDATE: they're blooming brilliant at Cheriton Bishop doctors surgery! I've got eye ointment, had some bloods taken - by the actual doctor no less - and got to do an ACR test to check my kidneys. BP is high. Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed. 🙏🤗
