Tea Ceremony & Gong Bath

The evening begins with a mindful Japanese inspired tea ceremony using a special tea sourced from Japan.
More than simply drinking tea, a tea ceremony is a practice of presence an opportunity to slow down, engage the senses, and step away from the busyness of everyday life. Through the preparation and sharing of tea, you are invited to settle into the moment and connect with a quieter rhythm.

From there, we will gently transition into a restorative Gong Bath. As you rest comfortably, the sounds and vibrations of the Gongs will wash through the space, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and create a sense of inner spaciousness.

Everything you need for the Gong Bath will be provided, including comfortable mattresses, bolsters, eye pillows, and blankets. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to fully relax, there is nothing you need to bring.

The days soften. The evenings grow darker. And our gong space begins to glow with the warm flicker of candlelights.

After the brightness and busyness of summer, there is something deeply beautiful about this transition, turning inward, slowing down, and making space to simply be.

Throughout September, the usual Gong Bath schedule returns to normal, and I’m so looking forward to welcoming you back into the space.
