It’s been a tough 5 weeks. Yesterday I trained for the first time, after slipping in my garden. I had pulled all the tendons and ligaments on my wrist. I would have been better off breaking my wrist. After so long I was just fed up. I just couldn’t wait any longer. I needed it mentally and physically. I still have a lot of discomfort and I’m a little restricted and definitely not doing as heavyweight as usual, but it was good. When it’s been part of your adult life.
